CIR REALTY was founded in 1983 and is Alberta’s largest independent real estate brokerage with over 650 REALTORS® and Staff. Our Management Team consists of four Broker Delegates, a Conveyance Manager, a Marketing Manager, a Manager of Operations / Realtor Development / Co-owner and Broker / Co-owner. Our staff members work in marketing and public relations, graphic design, document conveyance, accounting and reception. Because the needs of our Realtors and their clients always come first, our Managers and staff do not list or sell real estate ourselves.
CIR REALTY has four offices in Calgary, and 11 regional offices in areas including Red Deer, Okotoks, Cochrane, Airdrie and Sundre. Our corporate office, located at our South branch, is fully accessible and offers additional meeting space as well as our Professional Development Centre, where Realtors can engage with other members of our management team as well as with each other. Our offices are equipped with private, high-tech client rooms with flat screen systems, and common office spaces furnished with up-to-date computer systems and blazing internet connections. We are proud to provide our Realtors with a professional environment that fosters productivity and collaboration.
